Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated pet data. This action cannot be undone.

Make sure notifications are enabled for PawPal Voice in your iPhone Settings → Notifications → PawPal Voice. Also check that Do Not Disturb mode is not blocking alerts.
